{ Breaded Chicken Breasts }

Mary writes: "These are great cold on a sandwich.  I also like to cut them into bite sized pieces and use them in a salad or in Cream of Mushroom Soup."

Ingredients

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 Eggs
Garlic Salt
Onion Salt
Seasoned Salt
Paprika
Parsley Flakes
Bread Crumbs
Hot Sauce (optional)

1)  In a bowl/container, beat eggs.  Mix in seasonings and parsley flakes (use as much or as little as you like).

2)  Filet chicken breast lengthwise (you should be able to get 2-3 pieces from each Chicken Breast and put into egg mixture).

3)  Cover, put in fridge and let sit for 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much time you have (I like to leave it in the fridge overnight).

4)  Pour bread crumbs into another bowl.  Grease a pan lightly with olive oil

5)  Take each piece of chicken and cover it well with bread crumbs

6)  Sprinkle a little bit of olive oil over top of the breaded chicken breasts and bake in 325 degree oven for 30 mins to 1 hour.  Flip every 15 mins until cooked through.
