{ Festive Chicken }

Just a Thought...

Ingredients:

     1 chicken cut up (or pre cut pieces equivalent  to 1 chicken)

     1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce (not jelly type)

     1 small bottle of French dressing

     1 envelope dried onion soup mix.
 

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 

2. Wash and dry chicken pieces. 

3. In an oven-proof pan/dish mix together cranberry sauce, French dressing and soup mix.  Place chicken in pan and spoon mixture over chicken. 

4. Bake loosely covered at 350 F for approximately 45-60 minutes. 

Excellent served over rice.
