{ Pineapple Cheese Ball }
Source: Kathy Burns Ingredients 1 6oz. pkg cream cheese, softened 8 -1/2oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 2 cups chopped pecans 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 2 Tablespoons green onion, chopped 1. Mix all ingredients, using half the nuts, together in a mixing bowl. 2. Shape into a ball and roll in the rest of the nuts (use a cookie sheet or waxed paper). 3. Cover in plastic wrap or foil. 4. Chill overnight and serve with your favourite crackers. |
