{ Parmesan Baked Potatoes }

Ingredients:

     6 tbsp butter

     1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

     8 medium unpeeled red potatoes (about 2-3/4 lbs.) 
 

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. 

2. Scrub potatoes and cut in half, lengthwise. 

3. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over melted butter. 

4. Place potatoes in pan cut side down. 

5. Bake uncovered 45 minutes to one hour until tender.
